Terms of Service
Effective August 25, 2026. By using PDFLLM, you agree to these terms. PDFLLM is operated by Tree, an independent developer.
The service
PDFLLM converts PDFs in the browser into source-linked Markdown and related exports. Local OCR and heuristic structure recovery can make mistakes; you must review results before relying on, publishing, or submitting them. We may adjust features and limits for security, maintenance, or product improvement.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and remain responsible for account activity. You must have the age and legal capacity required to enter this agreement where you live; minors may use the service only with a parent or guardian’s permission. Contact us promptly about unauthorized access.
Free access and subscription
The free plan currently includes three successful conversions per calendar month. PDFLLM Pro currently costs USD 1.99 per month and includes 30 conversions per month, files up to 100 MB, and PDFs up to 10 pages. Checkout displays the final price, taxes, and billing period before payment. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled.
Payment, cancellation, and refunds
Waffo Pancake is the merchant of record for payment transactions and handles checkout, receipts, transaction taxes, and payment disputes. You may cancel before the next billing date, and paid access normally continues through the current period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, Waffo rules, and mandatory consumer law.
Acceptable use
You may not use PDFLLM to violate others’ rights, process unlawful material, evade limits, disrupt the service, distribute malware, access accounts or systems without authorization, or commit fraud. You must have lawful rights to process submitted PDFs. Serious or repeated violations may result in restricted access or account termination.
Intellectual property
You retain rights in your PDFs and conversion outputs. The PDFLLM software, brand, and interface belong to the operator or applicable licensors. These terms do not transfer PDFLLM intellectual property beyond your normal use of the service.
Availability and limitation of liability
The service is provided as available and as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee perfectly accurate output or uninterrupted availability. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded; otherwise, the operator’s aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for PDFLLM in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and disputes
We may update these terms and will update the effective date or notify you of material changes where required. Please contact support first so disputes can be resolved informally. Regardless of these terms, non-waivable consumer rights in your location remain protected.
